workaholic?

Based on wikipedia dictionary, workaholic means “a person who is addicted to work”.
Does it have a negative of positive meaning? Even though workaholic mostly seen as a negative thing, some people use this word to express someone’s career in a positive perspective.
And how we can know that someone is called a workaholic? I try to search in google. I found this web http://www.workaholics-anonymous.org/knowing.html and find 20 indicators to say someone as a workaholic. The amazing facts is if you answer “YES” for just 3 questions, it means you are a workaholic.. But don’t worry…
